My passion while combining sport and work has always been to understand the psychological, physiological and interpersonal relationships at play in learning, performance, and teams. Particularly I am and have been fascinated by flow states, habits, preforming under pressure, peak performance, obviously teams and all the dynamics involved in bringing people together into teams, small groups, tribes and communities to get stuff done.
