I use complexity, narrative and networks to research the intersection between organizations, media, and public policy. I also teach public relations, emphasizing issues management, crisis management, organizational identity and reputation. I work with organizations of all kinds and in all industries, but lately my particular interest lies with arts organizations, nonprofits, and communities.
