My educational experience includes the administrative responsibilities of an Assistant Principal for K - 8 school, Principal of K - 5, K - 6 school; Middle School Principal; Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Associate Professor and Network Turnaround Officer.
Prior to becoming Executive Director for Regional Achievement Center, Region 5, I served as a Turnaround Officer for two inner city schools which had been low performing. Working with the principal and teachers, both schools doubled their test scores in one year and became higher achieving schools.
