Mentor who helps implement Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean practices. I designed and supported dozens of agile adaptation/transformation programs in CEE, UK and US companies. As part of such transitions I do training, (de)mentoring and coaching of agile teams, product owners, ScrumMasters and management teams.
