Leadership is not a science. It is the careful acknowledgement that we each have something significant to contribute to each day and thus feel valued in our accomplishments. Leadership is aggregating the respect of all who participate while maintaining process and continuity. Leadership embraces change yet builds upon a shared history. Leadership moves people to act differently.
My professional career has spanned over 15 years of leadership in public and private sector businesses and organizations. I am at my best when I can connect people with innovative ideas and other creative problem solvers, either through small group settings, state-wide forums or through large global programs.
