Except for a few years in the US Navy Dwayne Webb has lived in Arkansas his entire life. He was born in Arkadelphia and raised in Hot Springs, where he lived and worked as a residential electrician. Until a motorcycle accident allowed him to meet his wife Karen and attend college. It was in college that Dwayne realized he had a passion and a gift for teaching. This passion grew into a desire to help hurting kids when he began teaching the kids at Glenhaven while still in college.
