Many customers are trying to figure out how the fast changing business and technology trends will effect their top and bottom line results and whether their strategy is helping them to make the best out of it.
Having both a technical and business background, my focus is as follows:
1) Getting rid of the adoption barriers along the way so that my customers can use their existing technology investments in the best way possible.
2) Analyzing the industry trends for my customers and help them with the technology resources and solutions so that they can implement their strategy effectively.
3) Make sure that the voice of the customers is heard inside Microsoft.
