Critically and responsibly ensures compliance of selected Contractors and Vendors with the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning requirements of the project; including local and international codes and standards, safety and environmental laws, established engineering practices and other provisions of the Contract Agreements or Purchase Orders. Authorized to recommend approval or disapproval of engineering designs, supplied Plant materials and equipment, construction and commissioning methodologies and other deliverables of Contractors and Vendors.
