Born & Raised in Havre, Montana. Was away for a while (see education & work section). I married Jim Smartt, Sr June 14, 1980, and was happily married until his sudden and untimely death March 20, 2000. I have three beautiful daughters, Jamie, Shannon and Katie, and now have two beautiful granddaughters (and two sons-in-law of course-Jamie & Shannon are married). Katie is engaged, but no date has been set. I am now with Larry Peterson, my best friend who rescued me from myself after Jim passed away.
