I’ve been working with Messaging and Collaboration systems since the beginning of my career, in 1995. My first job was at Soft Consultoria as a trainee. At that time, Soft was the main Lotus partner in Brazil, with affiliates all over the country. There I became a specialist on Lotus Notes/Domino software and worked mainly on Government and Energy companies.
Later, on 2001, I moved to Masterdom Consultoria e Informatica, where I was introduced to team leadership, being one of the only senior technical members of the company.
