Received his Bachelor’s degree in 1997 from the Technological University of Panama, and Master’s degree in Computer Science (2009), Network and Communications (2009), and Distributed Systems Engineering (2011), from the Metropolitan University of Science and Technology of Panama, Technological University of Panama and Technical University of Madrid respectively. Since 2001 he is a professor on Telematics Engineering at the University of Panama. Currently, he continues his studies as a Ph.D. student at Technical University of Madrid.
