For 9 years I have been the director of the automation department of a sugar mill. I have been in charge of the planning, sup ervision and execution of different projects within the company, contributing to the optimization of the company's KPIs, together with a staff of engineers and electrical technicians and instrumentalists under my charge. In addition, I have been in charge of the department administration, improv ing the efficiency of the technical and financial part, leading and encouraging the Staff in programs of 5's, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and currently initiating ISO9001-2015 certification.
