In recent years I have been working as a designer in different pedagogical planning processes, as a counselor / entrepreneur. Now I work as a free counselor, life coach in Rovaniemi, the Capital of Finnish Lapland. As a counselor my special area is the meaning of self knowledge, life long learning (individual / organization) and sustainability. I have developed organic and functional concept to be used for example in the HR-field and rural tourism; towards a more vivid life, at the work, private or business life.The questions are general conserning human life and human being where ever.
