I am a tech futurist, agilist and lean design philosopher. I have worked in the new media creative industry since 1993. Rumours are, I created the first animated gif, designed the first secure online musical distribution service, before itunes: Cerberus Sound and Vision, launched the first online music publication, The NME.com and helped set up the first integrated UK design agency, Conchango, now part of EMC Consulting. Previously at Microsoft I launched MSN in Russia, Canada, China and Korea as well as maintaing existing EMEA sites; improving the online user experience to over 550 million users worldwide.
