Entered Air Force 1971 as enlisted member, became an officer 1978 and retired as a Captain in 1993 (26 years). Graduated 1978 from Southwest Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice. Graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1990 with a Masters degree in Aviation Management. Just recently completed all academic requirements for a Masters in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix (all via on-line).
