As an independent consultant for Rodan + Fields, I help overworked, dissatisfied professionals develop a plan B without having to leave their current career (until they want to). Even if you love what you do, life and circumstances change. I find most individuals encounter the same stresses at some point in their career: loss of control, working harder for less, lack of joy or purpose and struggling to balance work and family. In 2012, I needed more time flexibility and financial potential so I partnered with Rodan + Fields, a company that provided me a solution to these common issues.
