Nabil has a successful record of accomplishment and experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for the development Community.
Nabil has served at the National ICT Training Strategy in Syria, under a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Communication and Technology in Syria and the UNDP / Syria Office (2004). The initiative included launched of many Telecentres and ICT programs, such as Rural Knowledge Network 鈥淩eefnet project ", building Telecenters, Rural Mobile Computer Training (E-BAG) and ICT for the development of disadvantaged communities, its impact on scientific and socio-economic development.
