Started my career in inkjet printing industry with Lam Thong Corporation in Singapore. Brought my knowledge and technical skills of piezo inkjet technology, inkjet ink production and printing to next level by joining Epson in 2008 as a product support engineer. Beginning years in Epson, I was handling regional post sales service support for consumer inkjet, laser printer and scanner under regional customer service division. After 2 years at RCS, I was moved over to regional product marketing devision (IJP) as a marketing support engineer for consumer inkjet, laser printer and scanner.
