Arrived to Kibbutz Barkai from South Africa in 1966 and managed the field crops agricultural branch of the kibbutz. In 1978 completed 4 year course in: Economics, Management of Agricultural Systems and field crops, at the Faculty of Agriculture Jerusalem University in Rehovot Israel. Managed a commercial farm for irrigated crops in South Africa for 2 years. Was appointed Farm Manager of Kibbutz Barkai in 1982 and filled the position for five years. In 1988 Joined the customer-service and sales staff of Polyon Barkai plastics company. Advised and developed products for agricultural usage. In 1998 joined the plastic company of Ginegar when Polyon and Ginegar merge
