I have been a researcher and community advocate on diverse issues related to health and social justice.��I believe that in order to promote health for all people in all places, we must be able to identify health disparities, build��community capacity for health promotion, and push for��data-driven policies that promote well-being. Proudly raised in Kāneʻohe, O‘ahu, I went on to receive a��B.S. in Biology, Genetics and Development from��Cornell University, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where I am currently a doctoral student in Epidemiology.
