Hospitality Director & Office Manager

I work for Tony and Andrea Pedregon doing accounting and hospitality and I LOVE my job! Very lucky I get to go racing almost every week. Drag racing is my life now....working on promo stuff, etc in any form of drag racing. Happy to have been part of the awesome annual Shakedown at E'Town with Dave Hance and NY Motorsports Dream job....driving a Pro Mod! Worked for a Top 10 restaurant in Atlanta during the Olympics' era! Spent 7 years with ChefAdvantage in Atlanta including Chef/Manager for high-end private schools cooking over 1800 meals a day. I love to cook and create new things, especially Italian food!
