An owner of my own business, I serve leaders and organizations to realize purposeful change. I do executive coaching, teaching leadership at the graduate level, and consulting work with organizational leaders and teams. I am married, have three sons, eight grandchildren and am blessed to have two beautiful homes in very differing climates. I am privileged to serve in several non-profit communities as well.
