He is requesting approval from the Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Juanita Costillas, to hold make-up classes on specific dates in order to complete the required 54 hours for the course.

D.<br />Dean-Graduate Studies<br />Madam:<br />Due to the delayed information as regards the start of summer class 2010, the undersigned failed to start the ELT-505 (Instructional Materials Development for English Language) subject on the first three meetings, with which he missed 6 hours to complete the required 54 hours for the aforementioned subject. Along this line, the undersigned is asking your approval for him to conduct classes on the following schedules to replenish the missing hours:<br />May 14, 2010 (Friday): 1:00-5:00 pm<br />May 17, 2010 (Monday): 1:00-5:00 pm<br />May 18, 2010 (Tuesday): 1:00-4:00 pm<br />May 19, 2010 (Wednesday): 1:00-4:00 pm<br />The undersigned is humbly looking forward to seeing your favorable response regarding the mentioned matter.<br />ENRICO S.
