The Iloilo National High School-Evening Opportunity Class is envisioned to be a school of change for working students who are financially deprived but are intellectually motivated to finish high school by providing them with the best possible basic education to promote their fullest potentials as human being.

Its mission is to teach the best education, national values and develop in them a love for country and pride in its heritage.
OBJECTIVE:
Encourage working students to finish high school to free them from the bondage of ignorance and poverty and make them part of the mainstream.
