I have worked in all aspects of the IT industry beginning as a programmer in 3GL languages. I then worked as a network manager and systems manager in IT installations ranging from the very small to the very large. I progressed to a position in IT management and then onto a consultancy role providing pre-sales and operational consultancy. I have worked in both indigenous and foreign-owned companies from small startups to multinationals. I have a wide exposure to many types of technologies and their applications and have worked in many different environments including manufacturing, banking, printing, fulfillment and ecommerce.
