I thrive on examining the big picture, peeling back the issues to uncover the root cause, and then developing a strategy to address it. The resolution could be through learning initiatives using ILT, vILT, eLearning, mLearning, or a blended approach, or even just a simple job aid. Sometimes it鈥檚 a matter of collaborating with partners to solve operational issues. Regardless, identifying the need and then directing the project is what fuels my passion!
