I'm the CEO of Skapa, which I founded in 1996. We are a content marketing agency that uses smart online communication to develop our customers' businesses. We supply online strategies, new websites, online content, SEO and web-based system development. In my own consulting role I offer advice on how to integrate social media into the marketing communications, developing guidelines for staff to respond to questions about how online communication to be organized in larger international organizations, to building a system that maximizes the aftermarket business.
