TYPE OF COMMUNICATION: From the video, the type is informal ( cluster INFORMAL - It is spontaneous communication channel arise due to social relationship and free from all the organizational formalities. 1. Cluster network - An individuals communicates to only those whom he trust. - Example : Upin and Ipin talking to their friends about kuih raya. 2. Gossip network - One person seeks out tells everyone the information that he has obtain. - Example : Upin is gossiping about Mail to Ipin and Kak Ros.

Non-Verbal communication - Is the sharing of information without using words for examples body gestures, vocal tones, and facial expression a) Kinetic behavior : - facial expressions example : Kak Ros is expressing her face while talking to Upin and Ipin. Tok Dalang is expressing his pains. b) Paralanguage : laughing example : Their friends is laughing because of Upin Ipin acting like oldman. - voice quality and pitch example : Upin Ipin are screaming for the Tok Dalang help. c) Environment : Example : Tok Dalang is making Pelita.
- 5. Conclusion Based on the video we can conclude that the video clip contains of informal communication. This is because there are no organizations formalities. Its contain cluster and gosip.
