Work with Customers, Partners and other business units to set technology direction for emerging technologies groups
Head up R&D organization which includes Engineering, Research and Offering Development
Duties include: Setting Roadmap direction, Combining offerings from different business units, building out industry focused solutions and overall thought leadership
Standardized technology on Open Source solutions combined with minimal commercial software as required
Serve as a member of the Technology Decision Committee and M&A reviews
Speaker at several global conferences as well as hosted many customer innovation days
Partner with Sales and Alliance teams to define GTM and technolog
