- 4 years of humanitarian and development experience in Myanmar and Thailand, in contact with IDPs, refugees, and stateless people.
- Specific experience in human rights and in gender and education related issues.
- Solid experience in humanitarian situation analysis, project management, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong familiarity with multilateral coordination mechanisms, diplomacy and external relations.
- Fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Thai. Strong notions in Myanmar language.
