I love simplicity in design, when fonts are laconic, when modular grid fits, when navigation based on logic. I respect people, they should feel comfortable using website or app, guidelines were not invented by an accident. And I respect developers, they love grouped layers, layouts specs and well-cutted graphics as much as I love it.
