The hardest part of creating a profile is this part. As far as I know, the Johari's Window explains why knowing yourself 100% is a bit complex.
There are 4 aspects in our personality:
Arena - what is known to yourself and others
Facade - what is known to yourself but not to others
Blind Spot - what is known to others but not to yourself
Unknown - what is not known to yourself and others
