Eva Sidabutar, teaching for her is not only something that she loves doing. But it is her passion. For nearly 20 years she has develop her career as a special needs teacher, school counselor, principal and a trainer. In 2015 she developed Aruna School Development Consultant, which focus in school development initiatives & professional development for teachers and school leaders. A year after she developed Rumah Aruna, an early childhood education center that brings the spirit of school-parents partnership providing a child right-based education services.
