I am Technical Director for Reply in the UK and MBA graduate at ESCP Europe. I manage the Creative Agency division and its growth in the UK. I started as software developer in Italy, working in a handful of sectors: Trading, Banking, Telco, Media, and developed the belief that technology is a beautiful tool and that to most problem there is a “people” solution. I moved to London in 2010, and experienced the roller coaster of setting up an agency while studying for an MBA.
