I am currently working at IBM Brasil as Global Program Manager, managing a tool called "Competence Metrics Tool" (CMT) which provides reports on productivity. I manage CMT's lifecycle, from gathering business requirements for new features, solution designing, development, testing, migration to production and steady state support. I am responsible for managing the tool's sponsorship and key stake holders among users and contributors, while also administering each of the projects to produce new releases.
Previously I worked as First Line Manager for Storage Integration, responsible for leading projects, Service Improvement Programs, Deep Dive investigations and Quality Reviews.
