He holds a PhD and Masters in Engineering Management (specialization in knowledge management) and Bachelors in IT. He is a versatile professional with cumulative experience of more than 8 years in IT, ERP and MIS systems.
He possesses a strong background in conducting business research - involving surveys, interviews, quantitative and qualitative research using tools such as, SPSS and QDA Miner.
