Started ICT career in Telstra (formerly Telecom Australia doing data modelling and inventory, CASE tools. Had a short stint in IBM Singapore with the professional services group, then with a state government-owned company in Malaysia in managing projects (involving Louts Notes / Domino) as well as information planning and management.
