About
I’m currently working as IT business analyst for Italy and Switzerland. I work to be the liaison between functional end users and the IT development staff, supporting all departments, in a context where the 80% of the process is computerized. I am currently responsible for developing business requirements for both small and large projects and system enhancements.
One of my primary goal is to assist business in existing processes analysis and recommend solutions for process improvements’ even play a role during new technology solutions implementation, by determining the requirements of projects and communicating them clearly to stakeholder, facilitators and partners.
