I am a 36 year old woman, mother of 3 wonderful children, J煤lia 9, Joaquim 7 and Merc锚s 4. Married for 12 years to the best man on earth.
Being a very emotional person, I have discovered that the emotional behaviour can either help you to communicate and be a better performer, or it can block you and prevent you from showing what you really want to say or do.
As I started working on these matters - behaviour, emotions, accepting yourself as you are - only good things have started to happen! At this point I started my project in emotional communication, searching for data that proves to me that what were pure assumptions are actually real.
