Elena has also worked in M&A in Investment Banking department of Morgan Stanley and Corporate Restructuring department of Roland Berger.
Elena holds a Magister degree in Corporate Finance of Higher School of Economics in Moscow as well as a Master degree in Economics and Management Science of Humboldt University in Berlin.
