Dr. Jian-yu (Fisher) Ke is a Full Professor of the Department of Information Systems & Operations Management at the California State University Dominguez Hills. He received his Ph.D. in supply chain management from University of Maryland, College Park, MD and an MBA degree from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA and was a fellow of the Advanced Study Program at M.I.T., Cambridge, MA. He worked in the international express industry as a managerial position for seven years. His recent studies were published by Production and Operations Management, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, and Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management
