21 years experiences in conducting teaching and learning at vocational education institution (Polytechnic). Starting with become a permanent laboratory instructor in the year of 1992 which main task was conducting and lead a laboratory practicum at CNC laboratory, and in 2004 become permanent lecturer at State Polytechnic of Kupang Indonesia. 10 years experiences in basic applied research and developed simple applied technology for rural area. Specialist areas covered advanced manufacturing in technology such as Reverse Engineering, CNC cutting technology, renewable energy and production quality
