I received my B.S degree in Chemistry from Xavier University and my PhD degree in Organic Chemistry from The Ohio State University. I have over 30 years experience working in the plastics packaging industry in analytical testing, closure development and applied materials research covering a wide range of materials including PE, PP, PVC, TPE, TPO, PLA and PET. This includes the investigation of the effects that specialty additives, either blended or compounded into PET, offer to the PET packaging market.
