Fabio Nascimbeni has a Degree in Economics, with an international business management specialisation, and a PHD on ICT for Development in the Knowledge Society. In his actual position of Director of the MENON Network (www.menon.org), he is in charge of research coordination, business development, coordination of international working groups, policy advisory and strategic consultancy.
