After years of engineering in the field of Broadcast, I experienced and managed a team of IT and Technical skilled people. This gave me the opportunity to be one of the first manager to have a fully server (and thus digital) based final control room in Europe (there were two or three in 1998). I believe in the full connection between IT and Broadcast but to serve the creative side of it. In the context of content creation, it is very important to support "content creation". Who ever may believe the other way is wrong.
