He is also a consultant for FIU, Franco received his M.Sc. and Sc.D. in Engineering from Pontificia Univ. Catolica de Chile in March 2014; and also holds B.Sc. in EE (UTEP) and M.Sc. in IE (USACH) degrees and earned his B.Sc. and Professional Industrial Engineer degrees from UNAP-Iquique with highest honors and distinctions.
