My name is Dr. Fred Bisci and for over four decades I’ve been an advocate for people to live longer, more fulfilling lives by eating more healthy foods. As a child growing up during and following the great depression, I lived off the land eating fresh fruit, vegetables, and meats that were grown in my mother’s garden and on our farm.
