From 15+ years, Fred specializes in coaching & mentoring teams, products and organizations to excel. With common-sense and effective communication skills, he advocates Business Agility, Agile & Lean principles, "just-do-it"​ UX, software craftsmanship and leadership by example.
Received a Master's degree in UX in 2007. He is a certified Product Owner (PSPO), Scrum Master (PSM & CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008. Currently developing new skills as a Co-Active Coach.
Wrote over 20 research papers, in conferences world-wide, and acted as a public speaker at 30+ international and national events.
