I am currently employed as the player and coach development manager within the high performance unit of the Brazilian Rugby Union, Sau Paulo, Brazil. I coach the national XV's and under 19's teams for Brazil, I also co-ordinated and lead the national 7's program as these teams built towards the Olympic's in Rio 2016. The role requires me to provide leadership, identify developmental needs, design and deliver training programs for individual coaches, players and teams within the high performance program. My passion is assisting the development of people through understanding their needs, have a clear plan, communicate daily and letting feedback be your friend.
