I retired in August, 2005 as Superintendent of the Frazier School District and as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Education in the graduate program at Saint Francis University where I taught Educational Statistics, Research Methodology, Foundations of Education, and School Law. I had thirty two years experience as a central office administrator prior to my first retirement.
